Healthy Quarantine. IX

With a cocktail of organic essential oils where Lavender and Ylang-Ylang flowers predominate, THE DREAM of AROMALABORATORY®, with its sweet and relaxing aroma, calms us and predisposes us for a restful sleep. Many days of confinement and the time change ,all together, can upset our circadian rhythm.

If you have bad sleep at night and you wake up intermittently, or you get up tired, I recommend the following ritual:

Between 9pm and 10pm at night, put on pajamas or a comfortable clothes. Groom yourself and vaporize around your body, above your head, with our DREAM haze. This is the time when melatonin, the sleep hormone, is secreted naturally. If you have insomnia or sleep disorder, this hormone lowers its activity or even is not secreted. Create this daily habit. You will be sending an order to the brain to put the body into night mode and lower the constants by perfuming yourself aromatherapy around the body.

From 10pm until bedtime, avoid exposing yourself to electromagnetic devices or taking exciting substances. An herbal tea -tila, marjoram, lemon verbena- and a book will be your best allies.
Just before bed, purify again around the body and on the bed.
Tap the pillow and take a deep breath. It will also work as a fabulous virucidal that will keep the sleeping area hygienic and protected.
Turn off the lights and sleep peacefully.
If you have severe or chronic sleep disorder, also use RELAX during the day.
Have a nice rest.
